Independent dealer status

TWD Watches is an independent pre-owned watch dealer. We are not affiliated with Rolex S.A., Audemars Piguet, Cartier or any other manufacturer. Brand names are used only to identify the watches offered or sourced.

Appointments and purchases

All viewings are by appointment in Kent or Canary Wharf. Purchases complete by invoice after specialist confirmation. The website does not take checkout payment for watches.

Delivery

UK dispatch is tracked and insured. Delivery details, identity checks and any collection requirements are confirmed before release.

Data we collect

When you contact TWD Watches, we collect the details you provide, such as name, phone, email, watch references, photographs and appointment preferences, so we can respond to your enquiry.

Most forms open WhatsApp with your message pre-filled. The message is only sent when you confirm it in WhatsApp. Please avoid sending unnecessary personal information.

Your rights

For privacy requests, contact info@twdwatches.com. We will review deletion, access or correction requests in line with UK data-protection requirements.
