Why we sell by appointment, not from a shopfront

The watch trade can feel noisy from the outside. Appointment-only dealing removes most of that noise. It lets the watch, the paperwork and the conversation have the room they need.

Privacy first

Clients do not always want a public shopfront or a busy counter. A private room lets them inspect the watch, ask direct questions and make a decision without theatre.

It also lets us prepare properly: the right watches, the right paperwork, and enough time to discuss the details.

Better handovers

For buyers, the handover is unhurried. For sellers, valuation and settlement happen without a public negotiation. For both, the process is cleaner.

Kent and Canary Wharf give us two useful appointment points without pretending to be a walk-in retailer.

A good viewing should feel calm enough to say no.

Every watch we publish is available for a direct conversation with the desk. If a reference in this article is close to what you are looking for, send the title over WhatsApp and we will tell you what is in the safe now.
